Romantic hotel with everything spotless throughout and a perfect location near to metro station. The rooms with usable WiFi and good AC, as example, dedicated staff at the reception desk.

Staff and rooms are PERFECT, I liked staying here. There is a variety of facilities in the room such as : a personal safe, an iron and a work desk.

This hotel was really great value. Varied breakfast, affable workers. Variety of various drinks, such as tea and wines in the bar. Just superb location, good services and good sized bed. In Happy Buddha you could have Halal meals.

I had a brilliant time, great value. Liked well priced breakfast and comfortable bed. The staff I met were really attractive. My room was cheap and featured special view. Super central location, at a moderate distance from an upscale marketplace. The poolside restaurant was modern with lots of meals in the menu.

Staff was brilliant and buffet breakfast was perfect. We enjoyed to spend 2 days in superior room. Magnificent restaurant and terrific service. We had an early check-in and a lovely communication.

Great value, and the location was fantastic for exploring Brussels. The check-in was friendly, we loved snack bar. Our double room was individual with a small balcony. Astonishing continental breakfast. Amazing service and an amazing pool onsite. The beach nearby was awesome and the view was outstanding.

Unique building, nice design. Sweeping view of castle. Breakfast included coffee, eggs and tea. Fast check-out was useful. Altogether it was great value though.

The bathroom was not clean.

Perfect little rooms, freshly cooked breakfast with plenty of food, competent staff. There were climate control, terrace and Nespresso coffee in the room, liked that. Very nice good location not too far from an ornate shopping center. Flexible check-in, late check-out.

The atmosphere and cleanliness were first class for us. The place was a short walk to Brussels downtown. Moreover, the area was downstairs lounge. Very relaxing stay in a lovely historic hotel.

gorgeous views of city, friendly staff. the bed was perfect and there were an electric kettle, a fridge and glassware in the room. only 5 min walk to downtown. appreciated cafe metropole, it was only a short distance to the hotel and offered nice treats.

Rooms and staff, all was perfect. The fact that the De Brouckere subway station was some 5 minutes away was a plus. The hotel's setting was adjacent to such tourist attractions as manneken pis.
